"Forum Communications Company - A narrative history 1980-2018" combines "legends and lore" about the people who worked at The Forum and how the Marcil and Black family built the business 103 years ago. It is both a compelling business story and a fascinating account about a family-owned media institution and the storms it has weathered from one generation to the next.
"It's a great story, it's got drama, it's got characters, it's got some real funny stuff. It's got legend and lore. Some of the characters that have gone through this company over the years, you couldn't make them up," said Jack Zaleski of his new book "Forum Communications Company — A Narrative History 1980-2018".
